The consultation was decent. They said they would use only autologous costal cartilage to build up the nose tip in layers. When I said I didn’t want the tip to be too high, they showed me how it would look using some Photoshop editing, and after that I changed my mind and thought it might be okay to raise the tip. At that time I was hesitant about making the tip higher, so I’m still a little disappointed with the consultation. I’m planning to book a second consultation. Another thing I was disappointed about was that they just plainly said they would need to raise the bridge and tip and insert silicone. So I kept asking things like, “Do I really need this part?” If they had told me their opinion first, I would have gotten a sense of whether this clinic was a good fit for me, so that part is bothering me.
