First-time surgery, silicone + deviated septum osteotomy - estimate The consultation lasted over 2 hours, and the director explained everything in detail and very carefully. The facility is extremely comfortable and clean. I think the price is on the expensive side for a first surgery. They said because the operation is done so meticulously, I should expect 3 to 4 hours at minimum, and since it takes much longer than other places, I am a bit worried.
