The consultation manager was professional and explained things before I met the doctor. Maybe because it was my first time, they explained things in even more detail. Anyway, after hearing the manager's explanation, I met the doctor. He examined everything with a cotton swab for my nose, looked from different angles, even stretched it, and explained everything. He pointed out my problem areas very clearly. I did not get the impression that he was especially kind, but he explained things well. I thought he was very professional. At the end, the consultation manager said they would call me, which felt a bit burdensome. Other than that, it was perfect.
