First of all, I liked that there were no people waiting in the lobby and that they controlled the number of consultation patients. It was nice that I didn't have to hear Chinese, and I liked the calm atmosphere. I also felt they were considerate in dividing the consultation rooms into several spaces so the patients wouldn't run into each other, and the consultation director was kind, so I could talk comfortably. I had a consultation with Dr. Kim, and I think he was the kindest and most sincere doctor I've seen so far. He said to keep asking if I had questions, and what stood out was that he didn't act annoyed. I've seen a lot of doctors who talk too much during consultations, just say what they want, or answer questions with irritation and make the patient shrink back... That said, when I looked at the before-and-after photos, I wasn't sure whether the design I wanted could actually be achieved, so I'm still thinking about it.
