I had surgery with no implant, using the septum. The surgeon was kind and nice. At the beginning, I was satisfied with the no-implant result. The line was neat and pretty~ They said ear cartilage was not used after the surgery, and the cost was not adjusted. It was the discounted price for a nose tip made with just the septum, dorsal hump reduction, and alar reduction. It was fine for about ten months, but after that, maybe because it all got absorbed, it became very blunt. I am now looking into a new place.
