I got a consultation with Director Cheon Nam-ju. The director was incredibly kind, explained the surgical method in very fine detail, and only mentioned the surgeries that were truly necessary. They actually touched my nose and inserted a cotton swab into my nostril to check the condition of my nose. They said it would be better to shave down the hump without an implant and do the tip with septal cartilage, and that osteotomy should be optional. It felt like the kind of style that plans surgery around the areas I want improved. They asked for my opinion a lot. But it seems like the review and photo events are part of the package.
