The doctor looks extremely busy, which is one part that makes me hesitate. Among the hospitals I went to for consultations, this one gave the most realistic nose consultation. He spoke very directly and said plainly when a nose shape would not work. I liked that he did not just push for making it higher, but instead caught the weak points in my own nose and told me what could be improved.
