I went with a friend for a consultation because we were thinking of getting nose surgery. They explained everything really kindly and well lol The consultation wait took a little while, but they also apologized for the delay. When I went in, the director explained things in a calm voice, which I liked. I had a specific line I wanted, and they reflected that and explained it in a customized way, which was great! My friend was satisfied too, so overall it was a very clean and neat consultation!
