Consultation was done with the director and the office manager. Maybe because I had reserved in advance, the wait was not long. They explained things while carefully drawing out the line step by step, and when I talked about what I wanted done, they told me which parts were possible. The best part was that they asked which areas I most wanted improved, so I felt I could talk more comfortably during the consultation. They explained things as much as possible to match what I wanted, and the director clearly told me exactly which parts were not possible, which I appreciated.
