I'd had it done before too, so I was going regularly and went back. The front desk staff weren't super friendly, they just called out the waiting number. And after the consultation, I got the procedure right away, but maybe because the director's skill had declined, it hurt like crazy. It wasn't this bad at first, and I even teared up a little. I was less satisfied than the first time. I could see why they were running an event. It felt like a volume-discount approach, so I was disappointed.
