- The doctor explained the anatomy while looking at the CT, and went through every photo to check all the functional problems with my nose, explaining everything in great detail. I forgot to mention one procedure during the consultation, but they noticed it immediately from the photo! I felt like other hospitals would not have caught that.. I was impressed. And I was really grateful that they checked whether my case was eligible for insurance coverage. - The coordinator was kind. But the way they talked about giving a bigger discount if I booked on the same day, and showed me a screen saying how many people had already booked this month, did not really suit me. Still, explaining the total price clearly at the end was very kind and nice! - The hospital is a bit small. I know it does not need to be big because one doctor focuses on one surgery per day, but personally, since it is a small hospital, I felt uneasy about having surgery there. The staff and doctor were kind, and patients were coming in quite often too!!
