Was it about 5 years ago? I had surgery at a cheap price without knowing any better. Back then, they said I needed round implants, but I didn't listen and went ahead with teardrop implants. Now I regret it; I should have gone with round. If you don't have upper breast volume, you need round implants. Now, looking only above the nipples, you can't tell that my breasts are big.
