The person who handled the consultation didn't properly answer my questions when I asked about what I was curious about, and it felt like they didn't really know either. My mom and I both thought, why are they talking about something else, and how are they even trying to do consultations like this? I also had a short consultation with the director, and when I said I wanted my jaw and cheekbones done, he said I probably didn't need the cheekbones and pointed out only what really needed to be done. I felt like he had a lot of pride in his own skill? The director was good, but the consultant and the desk staff seem unfriendly.
