I went for a consultation in 2018 because they were famous in Ulsan for double eyelid surgery, but the desk staff was incredibly rude. I never even saw the director, and I was sitting at the desk next to reception. The receptionist put out a pen and paper and since I had no questions, I said I wanted double eyelids. They just said the price was this much and that was it, with no explanation, and I had to ask everything myself, including the recovery period and post-op care. From the consultation onward, I thought, I absolutely should not do it here. The pinnacle of rudeness. Maybe because I came with a friend instead of my parents, they just responded carelessly, but they made it very obvious they did not want to work.
