I got it because I was worried about my rather square jaw. Everyone was kind. But I am not sure how meaningful the consultation really was. T_T I do not remember his name, but I was treated by a male director. He really placed the injections very carefully in many spots and talked to me comfortably, so I came out after a good procedure.
