I heard that jaw Botox helps a bit when my teeth grinding gets bad, so I tried it. The doctor and staff were all kind. They said I would need chin filler too for it to work, but I didn't have the money, so I only got Botox. It wasn't really painful. It didn't work either.. As a side effect, I got a bit of cheek hollowing T_T
