I had cheekbone reduction on the side and 45-degree cheekbones a year ago. At first I could not tell at all that my face had changed.. But I think bone surgery really does need time. As time passes, my face seems smaller, and people who see me after a while also say my face looks smaller. Now the jaw angle behind my ear is bothering me,, haha
