About 4 to 5 years ago, I had double eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty as my first operation. I originally had large eyes with a hidden double fold and a wide intercanthal distance. During the consultation, I said I wanted epicanthoplasty but did not want the lacrimal caruncle to show, and for the double eyelids I wanted an in-out line. Now it looks so natural that nobody even knows I had epicanthoplasty, which is a little disappointing, but there is no sausage-eye look or anything like that, so I'm satisfied with it.
