I had a consultation, and they said that because I have a small nose it wouldn't be dramatic, but if I did it I would see a lot of effect. It didn't feel like they were forcing surgery on me, but when it came to side effects, they basically said if you don't overdo it, there won't be any, and in the end I didn't do it here. The way they bring out the tip of the nose is unusual yet pretty
