I was introduced through a cafe somewhere before, so I exchanged emails and also went in for an in-person consultation. The email reply was also very kind and detailed, and after I visited they were really kind in person too. (But I don't know whether that coordinator is still there.) I remember the price being the highest among the hospitals I had consulted with at the time.
