The consultation manager was kind! I learned a few things from it, and the consultation itself was comfortable and good. That said, when they looked at my nose and explained things, it felt like they were just listing terms you would hear if you said "nose surgery". They kept saying, "Do this, do that, do that," but how exactly they would do it... Since this is a revision surgery, that was the most important part, but they only said what they would do and that made it hard to trust them. It felt like they could say the exact same thing to anyone else.... And the price was so low that I was surprised.
