I had a revision surgery a few years ago. They used ear cartilage and septal cartilage.. Right after the splint came off, I was worried because my nostrils seemed very exposed, but they said it was swelling and to wait two or three months.. In the end, my nose became shorter than before.. It ended up looking like an upturned nose. There was a scar at the tip of my nose, like a tiny pit that could be poked with a pen. Even at one month, there was a strong smell and I was bleeding often, so I went back. They gave me another round of sedation anesthesia and hurriedly washed it out.. The smell is still there even now, about three years later, and that is the biggest problem...... That is the most stressful part. (The pit-like mark definitely was not there before surgery, and the hospital also gave me an injection for scar treatment? and treated it.) I regret it.... The manager changed twice too.. They were kind, but......
