I went in for a consultation about revision surgery for ptosis correction. The doctor was kind during the consultation, but when I asked whether it was possible to adjust the eye shape to match my left eye, I was told that the overall balance would not be right and that the left eye should be made bigger while the right eye should be reduced a little. I also said I wanted the double-eyelid line to end at the outer corner of the eye, but after touching the area near my brow bone, I was told that it would be impossible because of the bone. There was a lot of information I had not heard at the other clinics I consulted, so I was taken aback.
