I had surgery over ten years ago. I did it because of a snub nose, But I was young then, so maybe I didn't explain my requirements well enough. They decided to raise the tip with ear cartilage. What I wanted was to create a columella I still regret it so much. I should have done it properly at the time. Now I wish the tip would droop a little. Only the tip of my nose became blunt. What am I supposed to do about this..
