The consultation is really thorough and takes a long time. You can ask anything comfortably. That said, it feels like they somewhat recommend extra cosmetic procedures. If something like nostril reduction gets added to the nose, it becomes much more expensive than at other clinics. But among the nose reviews I saw, this clinic was the one that looked the most natural and pretty.
