The consultation manager is kind. The wait time wasn't that long (about 5 to 10 minutes?). The doctor is kind and answers very honestly. (I was told in advance that because my skin is very thick, even with incisional eye correction, it could loosen.) And they do not over-treat. (When I asked whether there were any other surgeries I needed to do separately, they said no.) No consultation fee. No pressure to book on the same day.
