I went after watching YouTube, but the director seemed way too busy and, rather than explaining things, just took questions about what I was curious about and then left right away, so if you do not know things in advance there will be nothing for you to say. The consultant seemed not to know much about the surgical method either... she said she would ask the doctor and tell me again. Overall, it felt like a hospital that was just too busy, so I am worried about getting surgery.
