I trust Dr. Hwangbo because he has such a long career, a lot of experience, and seems to have excellent technique. He measures the distance between the brows with a ruler and consults while looking closely at my eyes with those surgical glasses that have lights on them. He explained the problems and how to improve them in a way that made sense.
