I consulted with the doctor first, and they looked at my face and told me which procedures I needed. But their tone was a little subtly unpleasant. Still, the results were good, so I plan to keep going there. The staff were also kind, and the consultant was honest about the uncomfortable parts of the procedure and gave good recommendations and non-recommendations.
