I went because it was said to be a one-doctor clinic famous through word of mouth. I arrived 10 minutes early, so I think I waited about 15 minutes in total. The doctor consulted with me first, and he is very kind. Because I am young and have thin skin, he said to go with quick buried sutures. (At other clinics, everyone said I had no fat but thick skin, so incision would be better, but here this doctor alone said the skin was thin but I had fat, which was a little surprising.) Also, they did not really ask what line I wanted, and I was a bit disappointed that the doctor just decided on a line that he thought would suit me. After the consultation with the doctor, I immediately met with the manager, and she was very rude. At other hospitals they explained the CCTV policy first, so my mother asked about CCTV just as a formality, and she asked back in a really strange way, 'CCTV? Why?' Then I remembered that on the questionnaire I had checked consent for CCTV, so I asked, 'If I request it later, can I watch the CCTV?' and she said, 'You are going to do it under local anesthesia anyway while talking with the doctor, so why are you asking?' The consultation with the doctor was good, but the manager was really rude. The aftercare is for 1 year, and there is no ongoing management. I saw a review saying the aftercare was 10 years, but I do not know since when, it seems to have been reduced to 1 year.
