Maybe because I went in expecting to be scared, I actually liked it. The doctor explained things in detail while drawing the parts that were needed, and I also like to just talk about what is necessary, so the conversation went well. I liked that they caught something other hospitals hadn't seen, but overall it seemed like they were talking about septal reinforcement and deviation, so maybe it wasn't just me... Because of that, the price shot up a lot. There is an extra discount, but honestly I would have been more drawn in if they had simply said, "Our price is originally high, so either do it or don't." Having all these different discounts felt a bit off to me. Also, the manager doesn't seem to have much professionalism or a patient-centered attitude. I do want to receive treatment if I think about the doctor, but overall there are parts that worry me, so I think I'll think about it a bit more.
