It's a hospital with a single director. The staff were kind, and the manager was nice too. The wait wasn't very long, and I had a relaxed consultation with the director as well. Overall I liked it, but every other place said it could be done with the left costal cartilage, my nose, and the septal cartilage as well. I don't know which one is right, but only this place had a different opinion, so I'm a bit torn.
