When I went for the consultation, since it was a weekday, I was seen right away without waiting, and I met with the director first and then the manager. The director, just like in the reviews I had read, honestly told me only the parts that could be improved and did not do any photo-taking or anything special, but he explained in quite a lot of detail what could and could not be done and answered all of my questions. The consultation manager also kindly guided me without pushing for a reservation.
