The consultation goes in the order of manager > doctor > manager. In the doctor's consultation, it took about 5 to 10 minutes. In my case, I had already clearly decided which surgery I wanted, so the doctor did not add much more explanation. Still, I do wish they had explained the surgical method in more detail. Even so, the doctor is well-known abroad, so I did feel reassured.
