I made the reservation date pretty much on short notice, and I was very late for the appointment, but all the staff were kind. After check-in, they took facial photos and an internal photo of my nose and rhinitis, and then I went straight to the doctor. He explained the plan while making changes with Photoshop based on the photos, and he also listened well to my requests. When he explained the materials, he moved through that part very quickly, which was disappointing. Then the manager came in and talked about the estimate, and she was kind while also chatting about other things here and there. At the end, there was no pressure to pay a deposit, and they sent me off politely.
