I went for a consultation. The doctor didn't give a very detailed explanation and the consultation time was short. There wasn't a detailed explanation about the surgery method, and the consultation with the manager was quite long. They said photo records weren't well managed, so I couldn't see before-and-after photos of a case similar to mine, and I started thinking, can I really get this done here? The consultation manager was kind, but overly exaggerated and only talked in a very positive way, so it felt like a snake-oil salesman. It would have been nice if I could at least have seen before-and-after photos.
