The director was a little scary, but he still explained things professionally and, as I had heard, really took a long time for the consultation. Personally I was a bit scared, so I could not really ask this and that... When talking with the manager it was comfortable, but from what I heard, he seems to have a lot of experience and it feels like a hospital you can trust.
