I got the teardrop-shaped cohesive gel about 2 to 3 years ago. I'm not unhappy with the shape, but when I lie down it feels firm and bouncy like a stress ball, so it feels artificial. If there's something more natural in texture than cohesive gel, I want to switch. Back then they were only really recommending the teardrop cohesive gel, so there wasn't much choice.
