First of all, the manager was extremely kind and helped me with the consultation. The consultation with the director was really just the bare minimum needed, and then it ended. That doesn’t mean he was rude; it was kind of in between polite and impolite? Just very businesslike. Still, there was no pressure at all, and he only recommended the parts that actually needed surgery, so I felt I could trust him. I think I’ll go to a few more consultations before deciding, but overall I like it. And above all, it seems like they aim for the most natural look for each person’s face.
