They recommended epicanthoplasty with buried double eyelid surgery. Because my interpupillary distance is narrow and I have an epicanthal fold, they recommended a subtle widening procedure and a thin in-line double eyelid. Overall, it seems like they prefer natural-looking eyes. It may not suit people who want a more flashy eye shape. They were kind and the consultation was perfectly fine.
