Even without having much knowledge about eye surgery, I liked that during the consultation they explained one by one how the eye surgery would proceed. Even if you just go for a consultation, it seems like you'll gain information about your eyes. I can see why they say consultation satisfaction is high relative to the time spent. They put a lot of care into the design too, so that the double-eyelid line can create a dramatic change without looking too burdensome compared to the original eyes, and without making it look like you've had surgery.
