Nose surgery to lift the tip with ear cartilage. Consultation with the head director. The consultation time was about 10 minutes, but in that short time they accurately figured out what I was worrying about. They seem to avoid unnecessary surgery and pursue a natural result. The splint has not come off yet, so I need to watch the progress a little longer.
