I wanted a natural and safe nose, so after consultations at several places, I had surgery at 4/31. Even during the consultation, they took a CT scan and explained the parts of my nose that could realistically be changed, which I liked. It's now been about a year since the surgery, and people around me say it turned out very naturally and compliment it. One thing that is a little disappointing is that my nostrils are asymmetrical.
