First of all, the director wasn’t especially warm in the way she spoke, but she did answer well when it came to what the surgery would involve and the answers I needed. It felt like she only said exactly what was necessary?? And if I asked, she answered well. It would probably be good to write down questions on your phone beforehand. The consultation with the director was relatively short, but it felt like I got all the answers I needed. It was just a little disappointing that it was short., ,
