I had a consultation about autologous costal cartilage spread grafting, autologous costal cartilage columellar support, costal cartilage granules for the nasal bridge, overlapping grafting of costal cartilage granules for the nasal tip, and removal. For functional reasons, they said to leave the spread grafting in place and remove the rest, keeping the parts overlapping with the septal cartilage and removing the rest. The director is a bit bureaucratic and the type to say only what needs to be said. The explanations were easy to understand and concise. That doesn’t mean he was rude. He confidently said it would turn out well, but since this is a revision surgery because communication didn’t go well at the first place I had surgery, I’m a little worried.
