I went in wanting complete removal because of a contracted nose and had surgery. Back then I was really struggling with a drooping nose and retracted columella. What I’m satisfied with after removal is that it sat a little lower and the columella came out, but my nose got more pinched. Overall it’s just so-so, but I’m thinking about a revision surgery.
