I had surgery with no implant and it failed...^^ I didn’t want any more stress, so for 2-3 years I visited more than 10 clinics looking into total removal, but the other places kept recommending revision surgery or things like AlloDerm that I didn’t want, which was annoying. Here, though, the director recommended surgery in exactly the direction I wanted. The head coordinator was also professional and immediately picked up on the parts of my nose that were stressing me out as soon as she saw it. I was worried about having surgery while awake because it was only partial sedation, but I was just vaguely drowsy, so it was fine. My nose now is prettier than my natural nose. I really like it.
