I had surgery 7 months ago using nostril reduction and autologous costal cartilage. It got rid of the bulbous-nose feeling and made my face more glamorous and fitting for a man. The scar from the costal cartilage harvest doesn’t really bother me much since I’m male, and it doesn’t seem very noticeable. The doctor took a close look both during consultation and after surgery and listened to my requests.
