First of all, it was really, really, really, really hard to make a reservation. I called in October, but even after waiting 3 months no slot opened up, so I ended up calling again in December and booking for the end of February. But luckily, the next day they suddenly said I could come in for a consultation today, so I went. For anyone planning to get a consultation, take note The consultation itself was good. The explanation was detailed and they were kind. However, they strongly pushed the use of costal cartilage, and while I think the post-op course would probably be good, it felt way too burdensome….
