The costal cartilage harvest did not hurt at all, and I had no implant. At first it was a little crooked, but after a revision they corrected it well. Recovery was fast and the swelling went down faster than I expected. Maybe because this was a revision surgery. Anyway, the director handled everything well and responsibly, so I trust them. These days it seems hard to get an appointment. They recommend and design things to fit my face well. They said a very high bridge would not suit me, so no implant.
